An essential and contemporary Etnean winery
A place where mountain time meets our way of making wine. In Sant'Alfio, on eastern Etna, the winery was created to work small batches with precision: tidy spaces, natural light, selected equipment. Tradition and technology coexist silently, to serve the expressiveness of the vineyard.
The winery is conceived as a bridge between vineyard and glass:
we control where necessary, we let it speak when enough.
Every step — from selection to fermentation, up to aging — is measured to bring freshness, minerality, and character of our black land into the glass.
