The company was founded in 2023, when Marilena Stancanelli and Daniele Cianciolo — an architect and an engineer in love with this land — decided to give shape to a dream: to restore beauty and life to a place rich in history and nature.
In the heart of the eastern slope of Etna, in the territory of Sant'Alfio, in contrada Cava Grande, at about 650 meters above sea level, a landscape and architectural redevelopment project comes to life. A journey made of the recovery of indigenous vineyards, the rebirth of stone terraces overlooking the sea, the restoration of the ancient palmento, and the integration of new spaces dedicated to hospitality, harmoniously inserted into a unique naturalistic context.
Everything stems from a new awareness: the desire to re-establish the deep bond between man and the volcano. A reality made of listening and respect, of hands immersed in the earth, of effort and dedication, of defeats and infinite joys.
The Project
Ours is a project that aims at product excellence and at the same time at telling the story of a wine experience authentic, experienced on a living and pulsating volcano, unique in the world.
We want to offer an immersive and engaging experience, capable of creating an emotional bond between those who meet us and the Etnean terroir of the eastern slope.
Everything starts with our wine: a pure expression of the territory, a perfect synthesis of our journey, where tradition unites with modernity in a continuous dialogue between man, nature, and time.
